Dekabank has teamed up with Boerse Stuttgart Digital to launch cryptocurrency negotiation services for institutional investors.

THE collaboration Allows Dekabank to take advantage of the regulated infrastructure of Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Garde, ensuring secure entrance and in accordance with the cryptography market.

The partnership follows the recent approval of the digital guard of Boerse Stuttgart under the EU Crypto-active markets frame. The regulatory clarity provided by Mica allows financial institutions like Dekabank to integrate digital assets into their service offers while retaining strict compliance standards.

Dekabank, a key player in the German financial sector and part of the Sparkassen group, received a Crypto guard license of the European Central Bank and the financial regulator of Germany, Bafin.

The new service is exclusively available for institutional customers, with detail access still under discussion within the Sparkassen group.

“Dekabank has the necessary experience, the licenses required and an infrastructure tested and ready to use,” said Martin K. Müller, member of the board of directors.
