Exaion expands Tezos support as an Etherlink validator

Exion, a subsidiary of the giant of French public electrical services EDF Group, is now a validator of Etherlink, the layer 2 blockchain propelled by Tezos.

Exion, which offers high -performance computer and cloud solutions for blockchains, joined Etherlink, an Ethereum (Ethn) L2 Compatible with virtual machine powered by Tezos (Xtz) Intelligent Rollups, as a validator.

This decision follows a key step which saw examination join Tezos as a business baker in October 2020.

Inasmuch as EVM– Platform Compatible Layer 2, Etherlink allows non -guardian and transparent integration with Ethereum tools, taking advantage of Tezos Rollup technology for scalability and responsibility. Integration through Ethereum ecosystem includes portfolios and indexes.

THE layer 2 The chain, launched at the end of 2024, also connects to other EVM compatible channels.

“By joining Etherlink as a Smart Rollup nodes operator, we can play a role in maintaining network security while providing high quality digital service to anyone using the chain,” said Fatih Blayeli, chief executive officer and exam co -founder. “We are proud to continue supporting Tezos, an example of French technological ingenuity that aligns our own mission.”

The examination movement to become an Etherlink validator comes while the Blockchain Tezos L2 solution is only gaining ground a few months after putting online. Etherlink attracted projects such as the SPIKO monetary market fund and the real asset platform supported by Coinbase Midas.

Other platforms also test various use cases on the L2, including tokenized assets and contract deployments. The launching of examination of validator operations for the network adds to overall stability and decentralization as growth continues.

“Rollup Security is based on the presence of at least an honest validator,” said Arthur Breitman, co-founder of Tezos. “So the most famous parts validating the Rollup Etherlink, the more robust it is.”
