Kalshi wins injunction against Nevada in Federal Court
An American district court of Nevada granted Kalshi a preliminary injunction, temporarily interrupting the efforts of the state to prevent the market of prediction based on crypto.
The decision allows Kalshi to continue to offer contracts for sporting events in Nevada while his legal challenge against the state product.
Judge Andrew P. Gordon issued the decision on Tuesday, moving partly with Kalshi in his trial against the order to stop and Desist du Nevada, according to the Front-Office Sports statement.
The request of the Nevada Games Committee for a prohibition order to immediately close the Kalshi sports markets has been refused.

Kalshi, which operates as an exchange regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), previously won a legal battle With the CFTC last year on the right to list political event contracts.
