Slovenia proposes 25% tax on personal crypto profits
Slovenian authorities seek to put into force a 25% tax proposal targeting the profits of personal cryptography in 2026 if they are adopted.

The public can submit comments until May 5, 2025. If the Parliament continues the bill, it will take effect on January 1, 2026. The authorities estimate that tax revenues from 2.5 to 25 million euros with the new measures.
