Monad partners with Chainlink for oracle services ahead of mainnet launch

Monad has teamed up with Chainlink to integrate its Oracle services as its main launch is looming.

Monad, a layer 1 Blockhain compatible with EVM, announced a partnership with a decentralized leader supplier (LINK). When the Mainnet is launched, Monad developers will have immediate access to the full suite of ChainLink web3 services, including data flows, data flows and transversal interoperability protocol.

Thanks to data flows and ChainLink data flow integrations, Monad developers will be able to access the specific and infiltrated market data, such as asset prices and exchange rates – allowing them to create DEFI applications such as loan platforms and Dex. Chainlink’s CCIP will allow transfers of secure and programmable inter-chaînes, laying the basics of the construction of interoperable DAAPS.

Development comes in the heels of another large announcement of the project, which confirmed that the USD part (USDC) will be available on Monad’s chain from the first day of its main launch.

Supported by 244 million dollars in funding led by Dragonfly and ParadigmMONAD is an EVM compatible L1 compatible chain which supports more than 10,000 transactions per second, fast block times, low costs and rapid purpose, made possible by its parallel execution model.

On February 19, the project launched its testnet alongside an ecosystem directory Of more than 50 applications, infrastructure providers and integration, giving users and developers a robust environment to explore, build and test from the first day. Phantom, OKX, UNISWAP users and backpack users can connect instantly, while others can board manually via testnet.monad.xyz. An integrated tap offers TESTNET TEMPS MY for interactions with Monad DAPPS.

The launch of Mainnet is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, but the exact date must still be announced.
