Bybit CEO reveals full AI integration blueprint for clients and internal usage

The CEO of Bybit has revealed the many ways whose exchange takes advantage of AI tools, both internally and to help its users.

Cryptographic companies, in particular exchanges, increasingly integrate AI into their operations. On April 23, the CEO of Bebit, Ben Zhou, shared information on how exchange exploits AI to improve its customer -oriented tools and internal processes.

One of the main AI tools available for users is Cryptolens, which provides in -depth analysis on any crypto project, whether or not listed on Bybit. It offers an overview of the fundamentals of the project, token, community engagement and social trends. Another tool, Tradegpt, allows users to quickly access information specific to the token and technical analysis.

AI cannot completely replace humans: CEO of Bybit

In addition to helping users to negotiate, Bybit also uses AI to help its customer support team. While Zhou has recognized that AI cannot completely replace humans in customer support, it revealed that AI could manage more than 80% of user requests.

“I do not believe that the AI ​​agent can ever replace the man, because many customers simply want to speak to a human, especially when filing a complaint … The key to making the agent IA smarter is to give the agent of AI the good access and security verification tools to be able to answer these questions.” CEO of Bybit.

Bybit also uses internal AI on a range of functions, including development, functional tests, translation, project management and legal support. For example, AI is used to translate communications in more than 20 careful languages, the company on average more than 30 translation tasks per day.

Bybit’s legal team uses an internal tool called aigelgal, which helps write contract models and other documents. As for most technological companies, Bybit also operates AI to develop and test new features to rationalize product deployments.
